We usually post the products on next Monday (except public holiday) after receiving cleared payment. If Monday is Public Holiday, then we will post on next business day.
Customers in Metro areas can expect their standard delivery to arrive within 5 – 7 business days.
Customers in WA, NT and regional areas across the country can expect their delivery to arrive within 7 – 14 business days.
Our parcels are sent using Australia Post e-parcel and while all care is taken, we cannot be held responsible for lost or uninsured packages or if an incorrect delivery address was supplied at the time of order.
We deliver Australia wide. Some oversized items may not be able to be sent to external territories or remote locations and we will make contact with you should your order contain such items.
We offer a free click and collect service from our local store, please contact with us for more details.
To take advantage of this service, simply select Click & Collect when you’re shopping online. We’ll collect your items for you and send you an email and/or SMS to let you know when your order is ready to collect. Click and Collect orders must be collected within 30 days of placing an order. Any orders not collected after 30 days will be refunded.
If Express Delivery is available for your order, it will be offered as a delivery option on the checkout page.
Express delivery will take 2 – 4 business days to arrive for customers in Metro areas and 3 – 5 business days for customers in WA, NT and regional areas across the country.
Some over-sized items cannot be sent via Express Post (or can only be sent express in limited quantities) and generally this is noted in the description of the item. If you add such items to your cart the check-out process will not allow you to select Express Post – please contact us if you wish to receive a quote to have your items sent Express. For orders in excess of normal retail quantities or Express orders to external territories we reserve the right to negotiate a revised postage price or, when we have made reasonable attempts to contact you and have been unable to do so, send the parcel using regular mail.
